📦 Shipping Policy – ​​Your Cool Albums

At Tus Album Cool, we are committed to providing you with quality service and a transparent shopping experience. Below are our policies regarding the shipping process for our products:

• Check production and delivery times before finalizing your purchase.



1. Liability for Damages During Shipping

Tus Album Cool is not responsible for any physical damage to the product during transport once it has been handed over to the courier company. This is because, according to Article 1627 of the Civil Code, responsibility for the physical condition of the package is transferred to the carrier upon receipt. We advise customers to document any damage with photos and contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.



2. Delivery Delays by the Shipping Company

Tus Album Cool is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier company. As stipulated by current commercial and civil law, once the package has been handed over to a duly contracted third-party logistics provider, the sender cannot control or guarantee precise delivery times. Customers are advised to track their package using the provided tracking number.



3. Loss of Packages by the Shipping Company

In the event of a package being lost by the courier company, Tus Album Cool is not responsible for the loss, as legally, when contracting an independent shipping service, a transport relationship is established between the customer and that company. In accordance with the principle of outsourcing services, the sender's responsibility ends once the package has been delivered and accepted by the carrier. The customer must handle any claims directly with the shipping company.



4. Delays in Album Design (Within Reasonable Limits)

The estimated time for custom design of our albums may be extended by 8 to 15 days beyond the regular timeframe due to operational reasons or high demand. Tus Album Cool is not responsible for delays within this timeframe, as such timeframes are considered reasonable and foreseeable, in accordance with contractual good faith and e-commerce regulations. By accepting our terms, the customer understands and accepts this possible variation in time.



5. Delivery outside the date desired by the customer

Tus Album Cool does not guarantee delivery for specific dates requested by the customer, unless a prior written agreement with an express commitment has been established. Otherwise, no claims will be accepted if the product does not arrive in time for a special occasion. This is based on the legal principle that delivery times are estimates and not contractual unless expressly stipulated, in accordance with standard commercial practices.



By making a purchase at Tus Album Cool, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these shipping policies.

🔄 Returns and Refunds Policy – ​​Your Cool Albums

At Tus Album Cool, we strive to offer a personalized, high-quality product. However, in exceptional circumstances, unforeseen issues may arise. Below, we detail the cases in which refunds are NOT issued, and the specific situations in which a partial refund MAY be applicable.



Cases in which refunds are NOT issued


1. Design errors confirmed by the client
Tus Album Cool does not offer refunds if the customer has previously approved the digital or physical album design and did not detect any errors due to their own oversight. By confirming a design, the customer assumes responsibility for having reviewed it carefully. This policy is based on the legal principle of informed consent and express acceptance of a personalized product.


2. Errors in the stamps due to lack of request for the format
If the customer did not explicitly request the sticker format for review before production, Tus Album Cool will not issue refunds for errors in said stickers. This is because, for operational optimization and individual customization purposes, the sticker format is not generated automatically, but only upon customer request.


3. Damage or delays caused by the shipping company
As detailed in our Shipping Policy, Tus Album Cool does not refund products damaged or lost in transit, nor for delivery delays attributable to the courier company. These situations are beyond our control and are the direct responsibility of the carrier.


4. Subjective dissatisfaction or personal displeasure
No refunds are issued for reasons of taste, aesthetic preference, personal expectations, or change of mind. As these are personalized products, they cannot be resold or reused; therefore, the standard return policy for generic products does not apply.


5. Errors resulting from incorrectly provided data by the client
If the customer has provided incorrect names, dates, images, messages, or any other information, Tus Album Cool assumes no responsibility and will not issue refunds. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.


6. Orders cancelled outside the allowed time
Once an order enters the design or production phase, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If the customer wishes to cancel, they must do so within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the design process has not yet begun.



Cases in which refunds ARE made


1. Verifiable error on the part of Tus Album Cool
If the error is attributable to the design team (for example, sending the wrong album or a design different from the one confirmed), the case will be evaluated and, if appropriate, a partial refund will be issued, under the following criteria:
• 10% of the total value: For minor errors that do not affect the functionality of the album.
• 15% of the total value: For moderate errors that have a visual or content impact.
• 20% of the total value (in extreme cases): Only if the error significantly affects the purpose or use of the album, and it is proven that it was the sole responsibility of Tus Album Cool.
Note: Each case will be evaluated individually. Partial refunds are the standard form of compensation, as these are custom-made products that are neither reusable nor returnable.

2. Defective product due to faulty materials or printing


If the product has physical printing or binding defects, and these are not due to mishandling during shipping, a refund or reshipment can be issued at no additional cost. To validate this claim, clear photographs of the received product will be required within 48 hours of delivery.

By completing a purchase at Tus Album Cool, the customer declares that they agree to these policies, understanding that since these are personalized products, returns or refunds do not apply under the general terms of traditional commerce.
